You can make a lifesaving difference for homeless pets

To homeless pets in Los Angeles waiting for families of their very own, you can be a hero. You can make a lifesaving difference.

Pets in shelters here in Los Angeles and around the country are killed in shelters every day, just because they don’t have a safe place to call home. In 2023, 380,000 dogs and cats were killed in shelters nationwide, but you can help change that.

You can adopt, foster, volunteer and advocate for pets. And we can provide training and behavior guidance should you ever need it, or help you find local spay/neuter services. Working together, we'll make California and the entire country no-kill in 2025.

Donate: make a gift to save lives

When you make a gift to the animals, you’ll be helping to save the lives of homeless pets in Los Angeles and around the country.

Your contribution supports our lifesaving work and helps shelters across the country to achieve no-kill. Your generosity ensures lifesaving second chances. Your compassion helps to Save Them All.

Volunteer: give your time

You can provide hope and happiness to homeless pets by volunteering.

For animals here in Los Angeles waiting for a family of their very own, your gifts of love, time and companionship make a lifesaving difference.

Foster: open your heart and home

When you foster a cat or dog in Los Angeles, you’re not only providing a safe and loving place for a pet to learn and grow, you’re helping to make room for more animals in the shelter.

Fostering an adoptable animal in your home, even for just a few nights, is a great way to help save a homeless pet’s life.
